GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

  • Coming to school in proper uniform is compulsory for all the students
  • Without SLC, admission will be treated as a provisional one
  • If the candidate is not able to submit the SLC within the prescribed time his / her admission will be cancelled and in that case there is no provision to refund admission fee and hostel fee
  • If any discrepancy is found in the SLC, the students themselves will be responsible and the school authority has full right to cancel the admission
  • Wandering in school campus is strictly prohibited
  • Students are bound to reach their classes in the very commencement of the period
  • Participation of students in functions and co – scholastic activities is compulsory.
  • Any damage to the school property caused by negligence or mischief shall have to be compensated by the defaulter.
  • Every student shall carry Identity Card with him/her in the school campus
  • Students will be governed by strict code of discipline
  • Students using Scooters/Motorcycles and Cars must have their valid driving license
  • The Vehicle must be parked in the parking stand
  • Co- operate in maintaining the dignity of the school because school is the Temple of Saraswati

 

GUIDELINES FOR GUARDIANS

  • Deposit all certificates and photo to avoid any inconvenience
  • Ensure that your child has proper school, hostel and game uniform.
  • The School holds regular examinations. You should meet the teachers and see the result sheet (mark sheet) of your wards after eight days of every examination and put signature on it.
  • Mark hostel no. on every item and clothes of your child.
  • Meet your child on First Saturday or Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m.. to 4.00 p.m.
  • Ask your child to attend school regularly and follow the rules of the school.
  • Deposit the school fee by 10th of every month failing which by due date fine will be charged up to 20th. After that the name of the student will be struck off.
  • Hostel fee and bus fee will be charged for 12 months
  • Take proper receipt of deposited school and hostel fee. Fee charges will not be refunded once the receipt is issued.
  • Take your child home during long vacations only and do not ask for leave during mid term
  • Be assured about your child because students are looked after properly in the hostel. But if a child truants from the hostel, the school shall not be responsible.
  • If any students leave the hostel for any reason whatsoever it may be, the fee deposited by him for the month shall not be refunded.
